On August 4th  Caroline played again alongside Loreena McKennitt during the Edmonton Folk Festival.

Caroline Lavelle and Brian Hughes were accompanying Loreena McKennitt on December 7th at the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation's "Travelling Voices" concert in Brussels, Belgium, for a 20 minute set. The concert took place at the Cirque Royal.

Caroline Lavelle has performed at The Ocean, London (UK) on Friday the 17th of September 2004, her first official British concert appearance in seven years. Other artists appearing on the night were harpist Julia Thornton and Jon Hopkins.

On October 30th Caroline appeared at the Capodanno Celtico (Celtic New Year's Party) in Milan. The show was broadcast on Italian TV (Rai Due).

Caroline also toured with The Chieftains this year in the UK, France, Italy and Spain.
